Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols around the mall
- Report any incidents and maintain accurate logs of all activities and incidents
- Conduct safety checks and monitoring of the CCTV Systems
- Attend to tenants and customers complaints
- Ensure mall safety procedures and SOPs are adhered to
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification
- At least 2 years of working experience in similar capacity
- Computer literate and able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Able to write basic reports
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
