Description

Proficiently operate excavators to excavate, grade, and level earth surfaces. Maneuver the excavator using controls to ensure precision and safety in excavation tasks.

Site Preparation:

Dig trenches, ditches, and foundations for construction projects.
Material Handling: Load and unload materials using the excavator, such as moving soil, rocks, and debris.

Grading and Leveling:

Level and grade surfaces for construction or landscaping projects.
Create slopes and embankments as required by project specifications.

Adhere to Safety Standards:

Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Conduct routine checks and inspections on the excavator to identify and address any issues promptly.
Communicate effectively with ground personnel and other team members to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers regarding project requirements.

Maintenance:

Perform basic maintenance tasks on the excavator, such as greasing, oiling, and refueling.
Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions promptly to the maintenance team.
Adapt to changing conditions and unforeseen challenges on the job site.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during machine operation.

Job Requirements:

Self motivated with good interpersonal and communication skill.
Possess a strong understanding of excavator controls and functionality.
Demonstrate good spatial awareness and precision in machine operation.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards for heavy equipment operation with CIDB/ ABM accreditation.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in operating excavator.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia.
