Description
Position Title:
- Executive Capacity Management
Reports To:
- Manager Capacity Management
Role Purpose:
- Maximize flight load with optimize network revenue by focusing on capacity and yield management.
Key Accountability:
- Proactively coordinate and ensure all Load Management System (LMS) processes are carried out as per guidelines.
- Accountable for decision on accepting/rejecting of booking in LMS referred queue as per guideline.
- Communicate with Regional Managers on any space or recovery or flight movement matters in timely manner.
- Consistent communication with MK Operation team on any loading activities and ensure loading executed as per plan with the objective to maximize load factor.
- Manage available capacity effectively for load maximization and control unnecessary overbooking.
Qualification & Experience:
- Degree in any related field, or
- Diploma in any related field, or
- SPM/SPMV
Years of Experience:
- Degree 2 years in Aviation Industry
- Diploma 4 years in Aviation Industry
- SPM/SPMV
Areas of Experience:
- Capacity Management
- Commercial Sales
- Air Cargo Transport
- Customer services
Personality Traits:
- Problemsolving skills and fast accurate decision ability.
- Leadership and strategic outlook ability
- Analytical capability with the ability to communicate results and provide rationale decision
- Planning and organizing ability
- Able to work independently with mínimal guidance with passion
- Computer skills i.e. intermediatelevel Excel, Access and knowledge in Power BI
