Description

Manage and oversee overall functions of the Quality Department including Quality System, Incoming Inspection, In-Process Inspection and Outgoing Quality Control activities.


  • Assume the role of management representative for Quality Management System and Environment Management System.
  • Responsible to maintain and ensure the effectiveness of the company's Quality & Environment Management System through periodic internal audit activities and review of the system.
  • Responsible to initiate action and awareness to prevent occurrence of nonconformities relating to the product, process and quality system.
  • Monitor and manage the actual quality performance of the company which includes internal quality assurance activities, customer complaints, RMA returns, customer audits and third party audits.
  • Responsible to review and support new supplier qualification process, Supplier Quality Rating Performance and supplier development programmed.
  • Responsible to ensure equipment's are calibrated and control in compliance with the establish calibration system
  • Responsible to plan and coordinate surveillance audits with certification body

Salary:
Up to RM15,000.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Quality management: 7 years (preferred)
