Responsibilities:
- Ensure the daily operation of the company's IT system, monitor the status of hardware facilities such as servers and network equipment;
- Diagnose, analyze and solve the faults in the IT system;
- Ensure the security of IT systems, monitor and update antivirus software, firewall and other security tools;
- Regularly evaluate the performance of IT systems, propose and implement optimization measures;
- Record IT system configuration, fault repair process and other related information;
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with background in computer science, information technology or related fields;
- Knowledge of networks and operating systems, and familiarity with [specific technologies/systems, e.g. Windows Server, Linux, etc.];
- Familiarity with configuration and management of network devices and security tools;
- Troubleshooting and problem solving skills with the ability to respond quickly in emergency situations;
- Strong organizational coordination and communication skills, conscientious and responsible work attitude, affinity and adaptability
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit;
Salary:
RM6, RM9,300.00 per month
