Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily administrative tasks, including file management, document archiving, and office supplies procurement.
- Coordinate meetings and events, from booking meeting rooms to sending invitations.
- Ensure the office area is clean and orderly, and equipment and facilities are in proper working condition.
Job Requirements:
- 13 years of administrative assistance or related experience, with a strong understanding of office procedures and file management. Freshers are welcome.
- Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office automation software.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive information to protect company interests.
Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
