Korean Chef Trainer, Esap - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Club Med
Description
Key missions outline:
- To work with the Regional Executive Chef for all Korean MMP, to have in all our ESAP resorts, a high standard daily.
- Korean MMP food costing with technical file must be done with the Regional Executive Chef.
- To be a support for the team of ESAP resorts for the reopening of villages / when needed when we have missing staffs.
- To undertake project work & training to develop skills in food production, management to enhance our customer service.
- To take responsibility for the adherence & compliance of all health, safety, and food hygiene legislation.
- He / She plays a key role in the talents development and supports strongly new Club Med projects.
Required experience:
- A least of 5 years of experience in the Korean Cuisine offer.
- License of a High Culinary School or a GED certificate.
- English Speaking / Writing.
