Key missions outline:


  • To work with the Regional Executive Chef for all Korean MMP, to have in all our ESAP resorts, a high standard daily.
  • Korean MMP food costing with technical file must be done with the Regional Executive Chef.
  • To be a support for the team of ESAP resorts for the reopening of villages / when needed when we have missing staffs.
  • To undertake project work & training to develop skills in food production, management to enhance our customer service.
  • To take responsibility for the adherence & compliance of all health, safety, and food hygiene legislation.
  • He / She plays a key role in the talents development and supports strongly new Club Med projects.

Required experience:


  • A least of 5 years of experience in the Korean Cuisine offer.
  • License of a High Culinary School or a GED certificate.
  • English Speaking / Writing.
