Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate daily reports on distribution activities and key performance indicators. Provide regular reports and insights to management regarding performance, trends, and challenges. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in the industry.

Process Management: Design and streamline efficient and effective management reporting, ensuring a speedy reporting process. Continuously assess distribution processes and identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancement. Implement tracking systems and/or technologies to enhance process efficiency and data management.

Project Management: Manages end-to-end of initiatives undertaken by the business and engaging multiple stakeholders to formulate strategy and deliver the project within stipulated timelines. Propose and implement process improvements to increase distribution efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Debt Recovery Management: Responsible in administering the Termination & Debt Recovery Process of agency force Termination of Sales Representatives & Orphan Assignment Work closely with stakeholders in processing orphan policy assignment for terminated Sales Representatives Responsible in executing debt recovery process and monitoring defaulters Work closely with stakeholders in negotiation with terminated reps, sales leaders, Finance and legal to recover debt.

CPD Hours Tracking: Update CPD Hours once received from Insurers.

Adhoc Assignment: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including department heads, to support in any adhoc assignments/activities. Liaise with external partners, such as insurers partners and vendors for smooth coordination / execution / implementation of any such assignment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree holder with business support/backend experience.
2-3 years experience using
EXCEL Spreadsheet for reporting (
intermediate Excel formulas, V lookups, Pivot tables, etc).
- Exposure in financial products will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint; MS Power BI (preferred).
- Good command in
English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to support business needs. - Meticulous, diligent, and able to handle huge database records.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
