Description

Responsibilities:

Monitor performance and improvement in key metrics, ensuring the development of a high performance team
Monitor shipments are delivered to Zalora Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) within the expected timeline.
Review and ensures all shipping activities provided by suppliers
Maintain good working relationship with various freight forwarders.
Interact with suppliers & internal departments to ensure timely delivery of stocks to Zalora RDC,
Ensure complete files and documents for each shipments are properly stored both electronically and physically.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain and Operations, Engineering, Management or other related field
Having more than 5 years of progressive freight forwarding and/or supply chain experience in either a 3PL, freight forwarder and/or shipper.
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines, and comfortable working in a quick turnaround environment, while maintaining accuracy
Ability to be a reliable, handson deliverer of quality results
Organised, proactive and results oriented.
Possess a strong attention to details and accuracy is essential
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong teamworking skills with ability to work independently.
Willingness to learn and have an inquisitive mindset
