Description

• Monitor and Manage daytoday onsite activities, coordinating and supervising construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards, and take corrective action as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Engineer or client to ensure project objectives are met.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of daily work activities, material usage, and site conditions.
• Facilitate regular safety meetings and enforce adherence to safety protocols, promoting a safe working environment.
• Implement effective construction schedules, allocate resources, and manage labor to optimize productivity.
• Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues, recommend solutions, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Communicate project status, progress, and issues to the Project Manager, Engineer and other team members.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Assist in managing project budgets, monitoring expenses, and maintaining cost control.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, consultants, and local authorities.

• Diploma in Civil, M&E or equivalent. Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry, preferably with experience in [specific type of projects].
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Problemsolving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
• Valid driving license and ability to travel to project sites.
