Description
Responsibilities:
- Liaises with the Finance and Admissions Departments to ensure the School database is
- Maintain updated records of student attendance and communicates with parents for
- Coordinates school trips (activities, transport, budgeting, foods, budgeting, consent forms,
- Coordinates Eco Scout programs (activities, grouping, teachers in charge etc.)
- Briefs new parents on their first day and guides them through the school's process, rules
- Maintains updated contact list in the school's official broadcast channels (WhatsApp)
- Attends to parents' queries on a daily basis pertaining to students' affairs via WhatsApp or
- Prints and issues student and staff ID cards as required
- Assists the management team with administrative tasks as required
- Supports customer service with boarding recruitment (initial visits, spot checks, annual
Requirement:
- Preferably Female
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Solution Driven
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
Pay:
RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
