JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To maintain proper petty cash records and reconciliation (HQ & Sites)
- To process purchase invoices with purchase order and receipt to ensure completeness of documentation
- Issuance of sales invoices and official receipts to clients on a timely basis
- To prepare payment vouchers, petty cash vouchers and cheque issuance in a timely manner
- Perform bank data entry and maintain proper database for clients an vendors
- Provide support in various administrative tasks, such as filing. document preparation, and data entry
- To maintain a proper filing system and ensure the traceability of documents
- Handle general Customer Inquiries and provide support to the team
- Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude in the workplace
- To assist in performing adhoc tasks as and when required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Financial/Accounting
- Have basic accounting knowledge and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Familiar with the latest AI Tools ie CHATGPT
- Maintaining confidentiality especially when dealing with financial & nonfinancial information
Salary:
RM1, RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
