The PR & Communications Executive at Brandstorm Asia plays a vital role in enhancing the brand image and reputation of healthcare sector clients.
This role involves creating compelling narratives, building media relationships, managing PR campaigns, crafting content, overseeing social media, managing client interactions, and coordinating events to boost brand visibility.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand healthcare sector goals.
- Devise PR and communication strategies aligned with branding and business goals.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and insights for strategic planning.
- Cultivate relationships with healthcare media, journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
- Present story ideas, press releases, and news to secure media coverage.
- Coordinate media interactions, interviews, press conferences, and events.
- Craft engaging content: press releases, articles, blogs, and social media posts.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and quality standards.
- Develop resonating social media strategies reflecting brand identities.
- Monitor channels, engage audiences, and address comments and queries.
- Regularly update clients on PR and communication activities.
- Address client feedback, concerns, and requests professionally.
- Plan, execute, and oversee events to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with teams and partners for successful event execution.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven PR, communications, or related experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Malay and English. Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Understanding of healthcare media and industry trends.
- Multitasking in fastpaced environments.
- Proficiency in social media and content creation.
- Strong interpersonal skills for media relationships.
- Creative and strategic thinking.
