Responsibilities:


  • Ensure all communication is handled professionally and promptly but with a human touch across all channels
  • Demonstrating strong product, brand and industry knowledge to ensure all customer queries are answered making them promoters of the brand
  • Meet targets and requirements set by the client and management.
  • Appropriate knowledge and information shared by the client and management team.
  • Take the extra mile to engage with consumers

Skills:


  • Advanced English level (B2) both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Ideally customer service/ contact centre experience of at least 1 year, min fresh graduate with good customer service acumen.
  • Track record of achieving targets
  • Problemsolving oriented
  • Consumeroriented mindset
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Technology adept
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (optional)
  • Basic IT skills, including using multiple operating systems

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate


Salary:
RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
