Main purpose of the job:


  • To be the liaison person with Processing Department (PD) Section Heads on PD's need in respective areas of improvement and practically of proposed enhancement on process improvement and as well as the system enhancement.
  • Leads and/or facilitates projects or operation improvement teams.
  • Ensure all project deliverables and outcome are implemented on time, on budget, and within scope, to meet the expectations of the project sponsor and process owner.
  • Ensure the respective timeline are identified for each project milestones and with careful evaluation and consideration on the constraint and resource given
  • Assist in the design of work standards, systems, and other operational practise to aid business improvement.
  • Creates standards and transfer best practices through operation areas and across the organization.
  • Tracks and manages postproject implementation performance monitoring, including savings verification and reporting.
  • To assist Head of Department to manage, review, and take corrective action as per PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, and Action) cycle with respect to the performance and operation of the Department
  • Flexible in undertaking the duties and responsibilities attached to their job and may be asked to perform other duties which reasonably correspond to the general character of their job and their level of responsibilities.

Job Requirement:


  • Recognized Degree/Diploma or with related working experience will be considered.

    BNM & Card Schemes regulations and guidelines
