Responsibilities:


  • Liaise and Maintain strong relationships with banking partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Coordinate the setup and maintenance of company Bank Accounts & Payment Gateway (PG) Accounts
  • Liaise with users and partners to address and resolve issues related to order payables and receivables
  • Handle and maintain accurate company bank books, bank balance and bank reconciliation
  • Work closely with the finance team to prepare and process daily payments, including payroll, vendor payments, and other financial obligations
  • Assist and support the finance team in analysing cash flow trends and foreign exchange market conditions to optimise financial strategies
  • Collaborate with the finance team to evaluate and potentially invest in financial products or instruments that align with the company financial goals and risk tolerance.
  • Assist superior on various adhoc matters
  • Requirements
  • A degree/Diploma/ Professional Certificate in Accounting or of relevant disciplines.
  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
  • Able to communicate and write in Chinese
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage
  • Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by LRT)
