Description
Responsibilities:
- To analyze the function performance based on the process, product, internal audit findings, customer complaints, quality record and whatever sources of information to analyze the seriousness or repetitve problem or trend.
- To develop quality assurance plans, identifying critical control points & preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories.
- Authorize to stop production to correct quality problem.
- Responsible for initial product, quality control standard, department policy, standard operating procedure, work instructions, document master lists, specification tables and to assist in preparation of QMS documentation.
- To provide leadership to all key personnel and alll subordinate under his control.
- To identify the department staff training requirements.
- Accountable for establishing, updating and maintaining their own department document.
- To monitor and schedule calibration for the equipment and maintain and record the result of calibration and inspection test.
- To work interactively with inter department team and customers to seek out refinement and improvements to product quality.
- To proactively involve in cost reduction activities.
- Undertake other duties as directed by Immediate Superior.
- Participate in cross project leadership and cross project coordination.
- Management may, at its discretion, assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at anytime.
