Role Summary:
To review all credit assessment to ensure appropriate credit profile is proposed to management.


Responsibilities:

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

  • To perform analysis of payment pattern of customers by countries, types and products and raise to management awareness if abnormal trend is known.
  • With approvals of senior management, to constructively manage late payments from customers and at the same time maintain good relationships with customers.
  • To review account receivable aging on a periodic basis to ensure the aging status are within expectation.
  • To follow up expected customer collections to ensure payment is made on time to us and hence improves the predictability of the cash flow status of the company. This includes follow up with our destination broker or customers.
  • To prepare the below reports for review on periodic basis : a) Weekly update of 3 months collection forecast to be incorporated into the cash flow projection package. b) Daily sales collection report to relevant functions
  • To work with all related function (eg shared service, logistic etc) to develop AR collection process to ensure our working capital efficiency can be improved further.

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: - A degree in the related job field.

- Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.

- Willing to relocate to the job location.
