JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责

Issue quotation, sales order confirmation, letter of payment and sales contract.

与销售团队协调以处理销售报价单、交货订单、销售订单、缴款书和销售合约等等。

Checking stock in the SAP system and prepare the invoice and DO upon receipt of confirmed sales order. 利用SAP系统查看库存及准备送货单和账单。
Attend to customer enquiries and monitoring/follow up on Delivery Order, liaise with transporters to make sure on-time goods delivery. 处理客户的查询、监控及跟进交货状况,以确保按时交货给顾客。
Follow any duties where assigned by Head of Department from time to time. 协助执行主管所交代的工作。

JOB REQUIREMENTS 职责需求

Female only, below 40 years old, with or without any certificates is acceptable too. 只限女性(40岁以下),无需文凭。
Good interpersonal and communication skills. 拥有良好的人际关系能力和沟通技巧。
Mandarin literate that need to communicate with Singapore and China customers, Bahasa Malaysia also needed to communicate with Production Line and transporters. 在日常工作上,主要能掌握华语和马来语。
Having basic computer skills and good in MS Office. 掌握基本电脑知识。
Proven experience in sales / sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus. 拥有相关销售经验/行政经验者
Fresh graduates/ new learners with positive working attitude, co-ordinate and work independently are encouraged to apply. 认真学习和工作的毕业生也一律欢迎。
Full-Time (1) permanent position is available. 只有一个全职空缺。
