Job Descriptions:


  • You will be part of the Regional Payroll Function that provides centralized services to 16 countries. You will join the continuous improvement team to deliver payroll initiatives, reporting to the Payroll Team Lead.
  • To learn RAMCO payroll system and be proficient with it to execute the system roadmap on enhancements and change requests, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and accurately.
  • To support Singapore system change implementation to RAMCO system.
  • Work with system vendor to deploy system deliverables. E.g., requirement finalization, issue resolution, and vendor management.
  • Gather and document requirements from stakeholders.
  • Create plans and Perform/Coordinate User Acceptance Test (UAT).
  • Work with stakeholders to cover and execute country specific UAT scenarios.
  • Highlight and escalate to project lead should there be any potential delay or roadblock in delivering project milestones.
  • Report and review project milestone progress with project lead periodically.
  • End to end follow through of process, from solutioning to successful deployment of projects.
  • Participate in hypercare after project is Live, to ensure function stability.
  • Participate in postmortem and collect data for future improvement, wherever applicable.
  • Prepare relevant documentation such as job aid / workflow / SOP pertaining to systems to guide end users.
  • Practice agility to ensure timely delivery of higher priority and impact items without compromising overall project quality.

Requirements:


  • Experiences in Singapore Payroll
  • Involve in Payroll project will be added advantage

Salary:
RM5, RM6,500.00 per month
