Job Summary

Discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses and ensure all warehouse productivity targets are met and all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

Key Accountabilities
-
Procurement strategies and supplier management

Develop, lead and execute effective procurement strategies
Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyersupplier power
Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies.
Research potential suppliers and negotiate advantageous terms.
Manage supplier relationships.

2. Manage purchasing operations

Manage daily purchasing activities.
Ensure all purchased items meet the required standards and specifications and delivered at the right time in the right quantities.
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
Continually improve purchasing systems and processes.

3. Manage Warehouse operations

Manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision.
Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
Manage stock control and reconcile with SAP B1 inventory system.
Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.

Requirements:

Bachelor ́s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration
Deep knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP Business One
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
At least 5 years relevant working experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar position
Supervisory and management experience.
