1. Idea generation for Content creation in My Weekend Plan Social Media & Website.

Generating ideas for our Social Media Clients.
Content Creation Leadership to curate content experience that communicates a clear story woven across key tactics that drives consumer engagement.
Leading by example for interns and junior creators to nurture their growth potential.
Demonstrates an understanding of trends, consumer behavior(s) and competitor landscape.
Ability to identify gaps and recommend improvements in the social content creation process
Expert in social media marketing with extensive knowledge of social media marketing across the major platforms (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok)

Job Requirements:

At least 2-3 years of experience in social media content creation, particularly on Facebook, and Instagram. Best worked in other digital marketing agency or media agency
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong skills in generating ideas by competitor research & AI Tools (Chatgpt, Bard and so on...)
Knowledge of social media algorithms, user behavior, and best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to read and write Chinese & English
