Located at the heart of the Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Traders Hotel by Shangri-La is looking for a dynamic, and multi-skilled talent in delivering our Asian hospitality.

As Hygiene Executive we rely on you:
Compile and ensure all documents needed in each manual for each division/department are updated.
Attend and take minutes for all food safety related meetings.
Compile all Internal Audits Reports
Conduct Internal Audit and Weekly Walkthrough and issues reports.

Maintain all reports generated (Audit Report & Corrective Action Reports (CAR) by monthly Food Safety Self Audit and keeping track of each Shangri-la Food Safety (SFS) internal auditor and areas audited monthly.

Participate in external vender audit.
Coordinate and make necessary arrangements for all external surveillance audits.
Follow-up with section heads or team leaders of audit teams as and when necessary.

The Hygiene Executive shall report to the Hygiene Manager, and work closely with the ISO 22000 teams to ensure all documentation is in order.

Requirements:

Computer literate, familiar with ISO documentation procedures & attended ISO related trainings.
Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or Food Service background.
At least 1 year working experience in Food Science, Food Technology or Food Service.
Should be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Independent, good problem-solving skills and result oriented.
Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
