As an Freelance Social Media Specialist, you will be challenged to:

• Create graphic and text-based content (measured by the content's analytics).
• Editing text, short video or graphic on mobile device or personal computer/laptop.
• Hitting the designated content performance target such as engagement rate, views, reach, followers, click, etc.
• Doing content research and testing to find the most engaging content for the targeted audience.
• Manage social media accounts to represent Epicareer in Malaysia

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of popular social media platforms related to career development in Malaysia.
• Passionate in creating creative, fresh, and engaging content.
• Identify both current and new viral trends and insights. Including trends in social media recently.
• Familiar with every content creation format: graphicbased (such as Instagram), textbased (such as LinkedIn), short videobased (such as Instagram Reels).
• Familiar with social media analytics.
• Strong understanding on how to evaluate social media performance & make a decision based on evaluation result.
• Having a datadriven mindset.
• Fluent in English (both in writing and conversational speaking)

Able to work with international teammates
