JOB ROLE:


  • Plan, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies and activities to enhance and develop the Klang market and increase patient referrals to Beacon Hospital.
  • Coordinate all matters pertaining to Satellite centre sales and marketing.
  • Plan and carry out sales and marketing strategies and activities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Identify and tap into new opportunities/ market segments; plan, develop & execute marketing and sales strategies.
  • Work towards growing new market shares while expanding existing market shares.
  • Regularly analyse and evaluate market conditions, feedback changes of market trends or outcomes, and recommend effective business strategies to increase the market share.
  • Expand marketing and publicity network; manage joint promotions & sponsorship to capitalize on strategic alliances.
  • Regularly review the effectiveness of marketing strategies implemented, and improve strategies and maximise resources available to achieve targets.
  • Network, build rapport and maintain good relationships with potential business partners/referrers by having regular visits and rapport building.
  • Plan, develop and execute sales & marketing strategies and activities (eg. campaigns, roadshows, seminars, etc) to showcase the services offered by BOC Klang & Beacon Hospital to the local community/market segment.
  • Manage budgets and develop marketing materials for Klang market, ensuring the quality and targets set are achieved.
  • Keep proper records and reports of all sales and marketing-related matters.
  • Maintain a master listing of Klang Marketing and sales network.
  • Attend to all inquiries/leads in a professional & timely manner and maintain good follow-up skills.
  • Managing all internal and external communication to deliver optimal patient care.
  • Resolve issues/problems that may be faced by patients & ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
  • Be the first point of contact for customers and family members in attending to their feedback and/or grievances (if any).
  • Perform any other duties, or participate in committees or projects, that are assigned by superior or management from time to time.
  • Maintains confidentiality of patient information at all times in line with PDPA requirements.

Requirement

  • Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Services Administration, or similar relevant area.
  • Experience in sales is an
    advantage.

Working Hours
8am - 5pm (Monday-Friday) & 8am - 1pm (Alternate Saturday)

Sunday & PH - Off

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
