Job Requirements:
- Minimum requirement: Diploma or LCCI Certificate
- Experience: At least 1 year in similar roles
- Skills: Strong computer skills and proficiency in IT
- Language: Mandarin fluency (required for communication with Chinese suppliers/customers)
Job Responsibilities:
- Check and respond to daily messages promptly
- Prepare statutory accounts
- Ensure accuracy of payments and records
- Use spreadsheets and ledgers for sales and purchases
- Record and file cash transactions
- Manage credit and follow up on debts
- Process invoices and maintain records
- Handle expense requests for accountant approval
- Reconcile bank statements
- Communicate with thirdparty providers, clients, and suppliers
- Update and maintain procedural documentation
Salary:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
