Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for a Korean Speaker - Customer Service (Airlines).

The Korean Speaker - Customer Service (Airlines) will be responsible for assisting and advising customers regarding details about specific flights, departure and arrival times, and ticket prices.

They will also help with general customer inquiries and complaints.


Role :
Customer Service (Airlines) - Korean speaker


Working hours : 24/7 Rotational Shifts


Working days : 5 working days, 2 off days


Salary Package :
RM8,000 - RM 10,000 (basic) + KPI allowance (up to RM300) + Shift allowance (up to RM350)


Location :
KL Sentral (accessible by public transport)

Responsibilities

  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep the customer's privacy and protect customer information
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Handle simple to difficult inquiries in a given span of time

Qualifications

  • Native Korean speaker OR nonnative Korean with TOPIK 5 or
  • Diploma and above (Diploma must have at least 3 years working experience)
  • Must have airlines customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle difficult customer situations effectively and efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary:
RM8, RM10,000.00 per month
