Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for selling of our Etch / Clean / Deposition systems, and CSBG products to specific customers and markets.

Identifies potential and develop sales of defined new and current accounts according to regional and corporate sales programs, strategies and goals.

Ensures by performing successful sales activities to achieve continuous customer satisfaction and targeted sales goals.


Other Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate responses to customer technical product specifications, automation specifications and general technical specification
  • Drives definition and approval of nonstandard requests (Non-StandardRequests), drive alignment with respective engineering department
  • Support synchronization with Specification, Quotation and Purchase Order and communicates / drives required changes
  • Ensure defined Key Performance Indicators are met
  • Drives and overlooks all key milestones from quoting to shipment
  • Monitors manufacturing progress, alerts Service Managers of deviations from plan and drives mitigation scenarios
  • Prepares and ensures required approvals are received prior to booking closure
  • Support sales administration to address open issues with customer and/or Lam internal
  • Tool shipment tracking and alignment with Sales Operations and Customer after Purchase Order is received
  • Automated Deal Management (ADM)
  • Alignment of sales price prior quote issuance is necessary
  • Ensure Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) matches aligned agreements
  • Supports preparation of and participates in usermeetings (Technical Review Meetings) and followsup on defined pre
- and post-sales activities


Minimum Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or equivalent
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Account management knowhow including excellent people management and strategic customer relationship building skills
  • Possesses strong interpersonal, negotiation and communications skills. Experience in dealing with difficult work partners
  • Commands good oral and written English
  • Has ability to work on one's own and make decisions within the assigned area of responsibility
  • Possesses good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to travel (25% 30%)
