Description

Develop and execute marketing strategies to support the organization's objectives and promote the products or services across both online and offline channels.

Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer behaviors' and competitor activity.
Create compelling marketing content including product messaging and branding for both online and offline channels.
Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms.
Manage marketing budgets and track expenses to adhere to budgetary constraints.
Set targets, plan and execute marketing initiatives across both online and offline channels to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Stay uptodate with industry trends, best practices and incorporate learnings into marketing strategics and tactics across both online and offline channels.
To ensure highquality work and professional growth across both online and offline channels.

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or any other related field.
Minimum 12 years of experience in marketing (both online and offline channels.)
Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, including branding, messaging and audience segmentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problemsolving skills and creative skills for contributing and creating new and innovative ideas.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and social media platforms.
Analytical skills and experience in datadriven decisionmaking for both online and offline channels.
Good photography, videography and editing skills will be added advantage.
Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
