Description
Responsible for creating production schedules, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently. This involves coordinating with other departments such as planning, maintenance, and quality control to optimize production processes.

  • Oversee the work of production operators and technicians on the floor, ensuring that they follow safety protocols, operate machinery correctly, and meet quality standards. Providing guidance and support to the production team is crucial for maintaining productivity and quality.
  • Monitoring product quality throughout the production process is essential. You'll need to implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that finished products meet customer specifications and regulatory standards. This might involve conducting inspections, implementing corrective actions, and collaborating with quality assurance teams.
  • When issues arise during the production process, you'll need to troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively. This could involve identifying the root cause of defects, implementing solutions to resolve issues, and minimizing downtime.
  • Ensuring that machinery and equipment are properly maintained is essential for smooth operations. You'll coordinate with maintenance staff to schedule routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to minimize disruptions to production.
  • Providing training to new employees and ongoing skill development for existing staff members is part of your role. This ensures that the production team has the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs effectively and safely.

Pay:
Up to RM4,500.00 per month
