Description

  • Meeting clients and making sales contact
  • Perform a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks including coordination of office setup and handling of company errands.
  • Manage account bookkeeping, raise purchase/sales order, prepare meeting, appointment and report. Write and issue accurate minutes for meetings.
  • Maintain proper filing system and recordkeeping of information.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia.

Salary:
From RM1,500.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (preferred)
