Description
- Meeting clients and making sales contact
- Perform a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks including coordination of office setup and handling of company errands.
- Manage account bookkeeping, raise purchase/sales order, prepare meeting, appointment and report. Write and issue accurate minutes for meetings.
- Maintain proper filing system and recordkeeping of information.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia.
Salary:
From RM1,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (preferred)
