We are looking for an admin assistant to assist in our Marketing department.


Job Descriptions:

  • 1. Coordinate with Key Account Managers and Key Account Executives to achieve sales objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and complete customer account information.
  • Provide responses to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues/concerns in a timely manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high quality customer service.
  • Support and manage existing customer accounts.
  • Provide daily support of business operations to customers.
  • Identify business initiatives and improvements.
  • Prepare business presentations, reports and proposals for customers.
  • Prepare and deliver customer account reports in timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage change requests for customer accounts.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of customer accounts deliverables.

Requirements:


  • Computer skills with proficiency in MS Office.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development, Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills both written and spoken of English Language and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fast learner and independent.
  • Able to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
