Description
We are looking for an admin assistant to assist in our Marketing department.Job Descriptions:
- 1. Coordinate with Key Account Managers and Key Account Executives to achieve sales objectives.
- Maintain accurate and complete customer account information.
- Provide responses to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues/concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high quality customer service.
- Support and manage existing customer accounts.
- Provide daily support of business operations to customers.
- Identify business initiatives and improvements.
- Prepare business presentations, reports and proposals for customers.
- Prepare and deliver customer account reports in timely and accurate manner.
- Manage change requests for customer accounts.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of customer accounts deliverables.
Requirements:
- Computer skills with proficiency in MS Office.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development, Customer Service or equivalent.
- Good communication skills both written and spoken of English Language and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fast learner and independent.
- Able to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
