Account Admin - Johor Bahru, Malaysia - MINDE Group
Description
Able to handle accounts book keeping.- To assist in accounts transactions, checking, verification & follow up.
- Prepare payments to vendors and claims (process payment, prepare invoice, payment voucher, receipts, cheques).
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping.
- General admin support and other relevant adhoc tasks or assignments.
- Liaison with Forwarder & Logistic Company for Shipment Import & Export Matter.
- To perform the task assigned by the Superior.
Salary:
Up to RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Account Admin: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- Mandarin (preferred)
