Responsibilities:


In this role, you will be involved in the overall business of the company which includes property management, accounting, and administrative functions.

You will also be responsible for the development of strong client relationships as well as providing high standards of property management service at all times.


  • Carry out regular inspections of the building to always ensure high standard of building maintenance.
  • Manage of all contracts and statutory licences focusing on general builder's work, security services, sliding doors, pest control etc
  • Prepare tenders and quotations for procurement of goods & services including ordering of consumables items and inventory management such as plumbing and sanitary parts and building items
  • Conducts inspections for defects, organise and lead in meetings to ensure effective management of building
  • Assist in handling of maintenance funds, budget preparation & monitoring and work closely with admin personnel with regards to billings and collection of maintenance funds
  • Prepare Council Meetings and Annual General Meeting
  • Liaise with government authorities on matters which require their approvals.
  • Attend regular meetings with building tenants, handling of feedback & enquiries ensuring they are attended to in a prompt manner as well as coordinating activities undertaken to resolve problems arising
  • Monitor and execute cyclical and/or upgrading works, liaison with tenants for execution of works.
  • Plan, arrange and execute tenancy renovation and reinstatement
  • Provide support for CAPEX according to timeline and budget
  • Lead & supervise a team of property officers on their daytoday operations
  • Conduct emergency drills and provide logistic support for any events held in the building
  • Be responsible for the daytoday operations of the sites
  • Plan, execute and supervise all the facilities' management and operational activities
  • Conduct meetings, project coordination in residential/Commercial strata development
  • Invite quotations, conduct evaluation for all services, provide recommendation reports and organise and coordinate Corrective Program for repairs and maintenance of the common properties
  • Administer contracts renewals and issue of contracts

  • Willing to work at Singapore

Job Types:

Salary:
RM9, RM12,000.00 per month
