Description

Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and workstations.
  • Provide technical support to endusers by troubleshooting hardware and software issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and data backups.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to monitor network performance, security, and compliance with IT policies.
  • Learn and implement cybersecurity best practices to ensure data protection and system integrity.
  • Assist in documenting IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to share insights and propose innovative solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about IT operations and support.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze and address technical issues.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with colleagues and endusers.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and fastpaced work environment.
  • Proficiency in using common office software suites (e.g., MS 365).
  • Availability to work for the duration of the internship period.

Salary:
RM800.00 per month
