Description
1. To prepare a letter for a project.
2, Assist in preparing Minute of Meeting, Meeting Feedback and Meeting Agenda.

  • To assist in ordering food for meetings.
  • To answer phone calls and divert to a related person.
  • To attend guests coming in.
  • To make a reservation for the meeting room.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the office.
  • Assist in controlling inventory level 3.
  • Filing documents.
  • Remind project meeting to related Project Group every morning.
  • Ensure all documents are sent to the right person.
  • To schedule and host meetings as per instructed.
  • To answer phone calls and divert to a related person.
  • To attend guests coming in.
  • To make a reservation for the meeting room.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the office.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Job Type:
Contract

Contract length: 8 months


Salary:
RM2,000.00 per month
