Full Job Description-Sales & Marketing Executive

Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitors in the renovation and construction industry.

Identify and prospect potential clients who may require renovation and construction services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Understand client needs, preferences, and budget constraints to tailor solutions accordingly.

Prepare and present proposals to potential clients based on their requirements.

Negotiate terms and conditions to secure contracts for renovation and construction projects.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the renovation and construction sector.

As well as formal qualifications, a Marketing and Sales job description should include the following qualities:

  • Good time management skills
  • Commercial and business awareness
  • Aligning yourself with the company's mission, vision, and goals.

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field will be an advantage.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Can start immediately
  • Based at Johor

Job Types:
Full-time


Salary: 2500-3,500 depends on their experience and credibility's


Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday
