Description

A. Leadership
i. Maintaining a positive attitude in the shop at all times.

ii. Ensuring that the shop is operating at its full potential.

iii. Answering questions and concerns from Junior and New Staff.

iv. Handling customer complaints and concerns. Direct liaison with Customer service team in the event of product exchanges.

v. Ensuring that client lead details are properly keyed into the respective database.

vi. Ensuring VIP data is properly keyed in and maintained.

vii. Closely monitoring the use of testers in the outlet to ensure loss of stock is minimized while maximizing sales.

viii. Ensuring that the company's rules are strictly adhered to in the outlet. Enforcement by penalizing those who break the company's rules.


B. Organization & Roles
i. Maintaining a clean and tidy shop environment.

ii. Ensuring that beauty devices and tools are always sanitized and properly charged.

iii. Ensuring the morning and evening stock count is accurate.

iv. Ensuring credit card terminals are always settled and POS system is reconciled.

v. Hosting morning meetings to create a daily sales strategy with other staff to maximize the day.

vi. Creating weekly or monthly ad-hoc incentives for the team members to push them to achieve their cutoff targets.

vii. Performing high quality and effective facial, body, nail, hair, or any aesthetic treatment.

viii. Ensuring aesthetic treatments are done safely and professionally.

ix.

Direct liaison with the PA or accountant to order clinic/shop supplies such as bedding, hifu shots, tweezers, or any other tool or equipment necessary to perform day to day operations and treatments.

x.

Ensuring facial services are done to the high-quality standard of the company and that no complaints due to poor service occur.


C. Sales
i. Assisting New and Junior Beauty Advisor's with their sales.

ii. Training new staff to be effective in closing deals and up selling.

iii. Generating continual sales daily.

iv. Achieving the monthly and cutoff personal target as assigned by the sales manager.

v. Selling facial and body packages to new and existing clients

vi. Promoting new facial and body services to all clients to get them into the shop and generate daily sales.

vii. Promoting online sales to clients unable to come to the shops or are outside of KL.

viii.

Assisting the manager in training new staff how to properly and effectively perform a demonstration or facial treatment so as to be able to close deals.


Salary:
RM4, RM6,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Experience:

- beauty: 3 years (preferred)

Expected Start Date: 09/15/2023
