Description
Provide administrative support on administrative matters for smooth running of the department.

  • Handle incoming calls, appointments, meetings of Finance Manager.
  • Handle and administer staffs filing record.
  • Coordinate and handle general correspondences, documents, visitors, parcels etc.
  • Implement and maintain proper filing system
  • Provide clerical assistance and support efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and supervise office cleaning and maintenance work.
  • Required skill(s): clerical, administrative, management, correspondence, IMS.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
  • Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • STM/STPM (preferred)

Experience:

- clerical: 1 year (preferred)
