Description
Provide administrative support on administrative matters for smooth running of the department.- Handle incoming calls, appointments, meetings of Finance Manager.
- Handle and administer staffs filing record.
- Coordinate and handle general correspondences, documents, visitors, parcels etc.
- Implement and maintain proper filing system
- Provide clerical assistance and support efficiently and effectively.
- Plan and supervise office cleaning and maintenance work.
- Required skill(s): clerical, administrative, management, correspondence, IMS.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
Experience:
- clerical: 1 year (preferred)
