Job Description Strategic Planning 1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives 2. Collaborate with senior management to define long-term supply chain initiatives. 3. Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate vendor 4. Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials Inventory Management 5. Implement effective inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs. 6. Monitor and analyze inventory turnover, lead times, and order quantities. 7. Coordinate transportation and logistics activities, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products 8. Optimize distribution networks to minimize lead times and transportation costs. 9. Collaborate with sales and production teams to develop accurate demand forecasts. 10. Implement strategies to manage demand variability and ensure product availability 11. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain 12. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance 13. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for potensial supply chain disruptions 14. Monitor global and local market trends to anticipate and address potential challenges Team leadership 15. Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment 16. Provide guidance on professional development and training opportunities Job Requirements Experience 1. Proven experience (min 5 years) in supply chain management Knowledge in ISO requirement 2. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field 3. Strong understanding od supply chain process, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning 4. Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations. 5. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance and safety
