Description
Achieve store sales target and maximise profitability

  • Upsell and crosssell products
  • Ensure customer support and engagement, and assist Store incharge in managing customers' expectations and complaints
  • Ensure the store cleanliness with an organised appearance at all times
  • Ensure proper sales and accounting for money, cashier transactions and other payment services
  • Participate in stocktake, replenish and arranging products and assisting to ensure operational and executional efficiency within the store
  • Supervise, coach and coordinate activities of junior staff and ensuring their efficiency at the store
  • Overseeing new hires, conduct training, assist in administrative functions for the store when needed
  • Performing the responsibilities of the Store incharge whenever he/she is not around
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders where needed

Salary:
RM4, RM10,000.00 per month

  • Commission pay
