JR53713 Channel Sales Operations Analyst

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to lead and complete business processes and programs.
Identify and drive continuous improvement to optimize business processes to increase productivity, efficiency and enable ease of doing business with channel partners.
Maintain metrics and reports to measure and understand health of channel business.
Provide reliable and quality data and analytics to offer insights and help with problemsolving and decision making.
Support projects and initiatives aligned with functional objectives.
Define, develop, and ensure compliance to WW channel policies and procedures.
Document business processes, policies, and procedures

Requirement:

Experience (3 yrs+) in any of the following or related fields: Business, Sales/Marketing, Finance
Proficient in English and Chinese-Mandarin (oral and written); additional languages are considered an asset.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Power BI with the ability to manipulate and summarize large amounts of data using formulas/pivots.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail (project management experience a plus).
Strong ability to effectively prioritize, multitask and handle contending deliverables.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Proactive, selfmotivated with a focus on high performance and followthrough skills.
Ability to manage own time and make independent decisions within work parameters.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problemsolving skills.
Focus on quality do it right the "first time" mentality.
Must demonstrate a technical ability to learn new software tools.
Experience working in channel, distribution or with sales team, and knowledge of IT and Semiconductor Industry is a plus.
