Description

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements related to Life Insurance operations.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions, document business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of business requirements.
  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process and postimplementation phase.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to Life Insurance and Insurance Agency Management systems.
NOTE- Don't need LifeAsia/AS400 - any policy admin is fine. More important is experience of understanding Insurance agency management, hierarchy, commissions etc
**Language required

  • Mandarin/ Cantonese speaker only. Malaysian or Chinese expat.**
    Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months


Pay:
RM3, RM13,500.00 per month
