Description
Job responsibilities : 1.Develop and execute sales strategies to promote ready-mixed concrete products and services. 2.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. 3.Achieve or exceed sales targets by monitoring performance and adjusting strategies. 4.Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. 5.Create marketing campaigns and promotional materials to promote products. 6.Identify and pursue potential business opportunities and collaborations. 7.Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management. 8.Gather and utilize client feedback to improve products and services.


Qualifications and Skills:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2.At least 1-2 years sales and marketing experience. 3.Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. 4.Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. 5.Self-motivated and results-oriented, and highly driven to succeed. 6.Knowledge of construction and concrete technology is a plus. 7.

Salary range:
RM 5,000 - RM 10,000 per month
