1. ***Responsible for group level implementation of Tableau dashboard and reporting. Support all Tableau related system incidents, projects, operational tasks, server configuration & Maintenance which include setup and security administration for the Tableau Applications. This role includes interaction with business users and enforcing best practices and company standards. This position requires an advanced level of knowledge of the Tableau Application functionality, Knowledge of Retail, Supply Chain & Finance (is an added advantage), analytical skills and the ability to manage and perform data analysis. This position should ensure excellent Support / service is provided to the business in a timely manner.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Documents asis and tobe process flow, develop business specs and detailed training documentation.

Consults with users to develop functional requirements

Assess utilization and train users on optimum utilization of Tableau
Determines configuration changes needed due to changes in business needs. Reviews and reconciles results to ensure correctness.
Consults with management regarding the capabilities of the existing system and possible uses of those capabilities.
Works with service desk to ensure timely and complete resolution of issues
Manages the development and implementation of Tableau systems training programs for all new employees and as needed for existing employees;
Participates in projects and task forces designed to streamline workflow and/or resolve issues; assists with various departmental projects and initiatives as assigned.
Manages the relationship and workload of outside Tableau systems support and with consultants.
Manages the implementations and support of 3rd party warehouse if any.
Assumes additional responsibilities as requested.
