Job Requirements:


  • Minimum Degree / Diploma in Manufacturing or any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.
  • Must have ability to counsel and manage a group of people.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Description:
Executive

  • Assist Superior on daily monitoring of department operation and performance on production safety.
  • Daily Follow up and monitoring of subordinates performance
  • Weekly Safety and 5S audit on departmental follow up and monitoring on the status of weekly safety audit report.
  • Daily commitment towards the Personal Safety Declaration and dept. operator
  • Follow up :Prinsip Kerja "Stop, call ,Wait" Eliminate unsafe machine
  • Follow up :Behavioural Base "STOP" unsafe Operation.
  • Eliminate unsafe operation.
  • Monthly check and submit departmental plan & trace report safety issue
  • Monthly follow up to PIC section for up date the 3 basir report
  • Training of subordinates and new comer.
  • Review and update EWP OSH RA, procedure manual and work instruction according to the actual process.
  • Conduct EWwide Hazard and Cleaning activities: Monthly GS Hirac safety and 5S audit Safety patrol by top management (1 time/month).
  • To lead department Gemba Kaizen activity and send to SEIW.

Salary:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

- safety: 1 year (preferred)


  • Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
