Responsibilities:


  • Working closely with head of department in developing marketing plans and strategies.
  • Responsible for budget management & media planning, event execution, coordinating and liaising with a range of stakeholders including vendor/suppliers, sales floors operations, colleague and partner organizations.
  • Take charge of setup and all related coordination works, sourcing and securing best deals for the company.
  • Basic writing and proofreading copy and content verification with stakeholders including immediate superior, sales departments and suppliers.
  • Coordination with designer and copy writer on artwork preparation and content checking for Press Release for major events and festive periods.
  • Coordination on publicity materials, both digital and traditional marketing such as flyers, newspaper, radio ads, Google Display Network, Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, Telegram, eNewsletter, etc.
  • Liaison with media houses, Government bodies (Ministries & DBKL) and banks.
  • Liaising with printers, POS Malaysia and mailing house to ensure effective distribution of marketing materials and sales department on promotion and marketing support.
  • Evaluate marketing campaigns and monitor competitor activities.

Requirements:


  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing Communication, Advertising or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Experience in creating marketing campaign, marketing strategy and marketing plan.
  • Excellent command of verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Attention to details, strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Salary:
RM3, RM3,800.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
