Responsibilities:
- Manage full set account.
- To do Bank reconcilation, Account receivables and payable.
- To handling banking matters.
- Preparation of Tax Estimation and Tax Computation.
- To deal with Auditor, Tax Agent and Company Secretary.
- To deal with property buyer, lawyer, and tenant.
- Preparation of necessary documents for property sales and tenancy agreements.
- To handle petty cash.
- Preparation of monthly financial, management report and AGM report.
- To handling payroll.
- Performing administration tasks.
- Others ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years working experience.
- Preferably knowledge in SQL accounting, UBS accounting & Microsoft Office.
- Work independent & responsibility.
- Knowledge of auditing, taxation and secretarial is an additional advantage.
- Possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Hours:
Mon - Fri: 9 AM - 5 PM
Sat: 9 AM - 1 PM
Salary:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
