Description
To assist Programme Manager with Community related programs- To manage the App; Monthly creations and regular updating of events and programs feedback on any relevant technicalities for future enhancements
- To prepare reports and invoices for Communityrelated events
- To provide monthly reports on the breakdown of the requirement to respective Community Programme Managers
- To gather feedback from facilitators, instructors, and participants to understand each site's needs/requirements
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma Holder
- Preferably at least 1 year of working experience.
- Well versed with Microsoft Office
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel (MUST)
- Out-Spoken, Meticulous, Proactive, Independent, Team Player
