Responsibility
- Manage and execute the company's payroll system comprehensively, including employee salaries, bonuses, allowances, and compensation.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of employee wages and payroll sheets.
- Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve wagerelated issues.
- Manage employee offboarding processes, including handling departure procedures, settling final wages, and benefits, etc.
- Manage employee attendance records to ensure accurate recording of working hours.
- Assist in managing the company's administrative affairs, including office equipment maintenance, procurement of supplies, etc.
- Support the daytoday operations of other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the company.
Requirements:
- Must able to speak, read & write in English & MANDARIN
- Required Skill(s): SQL Payroll System and familiar with MS office

- Entitled to 11 days for public holidays
- Entitled to 12 days annual leave, extra 1 day per year, maximum to 22days.

Working Hours:
- 7.5hrs/per day, 5 days per week (alternate half day for Saturday)

Pay:
RM2, RM3,800.00 per month
